How It Works Our AppointCenter services facilitate appointment scheduling between our call center, your office, and your clients. You, your employees, and our CSRs will have access to the provider side of your AppointCenter scheduling service. The provider side of AppointCenter functions just like your in-house scheduling software - except it is web-based. If you so choose, your customers can access the client side of your scheduling system at any time via the web. They will be able to review your services, explore open appointment times, and schedule their appointments. Online scheduling is a great way to enhance your customers' satisfaction and keep them coming back to you, time and time again. Using AppointCenter services shows customers that you are on the leading edge of technology - a great way to attract new customers! Features
What do I need to do to get started? Our AppointCenter online scheduling service has only one requirement. Due to it's many advanced features, Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or AOL 5.0 (or higher) must be used to properly use the provider features. You can still use Netscape or any other Internet Browser to surf the web, just not while using the provider features of your AppointCenter scheduling system. Furthermore, if you allow your clients to schedule their own appointments, they can use whatever web browser they choose. Click here to download the latest version of Internet Explorer. Your Internet Connection Depending on the frequency and volume that you use our AppointCenter services, you may want to consider upgrading your Internet connection, if you haven't already. If you are a single user who accesses your scheduling system only once or twice a day, a dial-up connection will work just fine. However, if you are multi user office or if you need constant access to your scheduling system, you may want to explore broadband options such as DSL or Cable. Notify your clients If you choose to offer online scheduling to your clients, you may want to notify them. We suggest posting signs in your office, updating your business cards and stationary, mailing a notice of the new service to each of your customers, or updating your telephone book, television, radio and print ads. Your customers will be thrilled to learn that they can schedule their appointments online.
